This week marks the second of many for our two new consultants, Luke Avenell and Joanna Atamanczuk, who have gracefully completed their first week with 24-7 Staffing.
They’ve been training hard and learning all aspects of the business and how recruitment operates, such as compliance and AWR, and our internal application and CRM systems.
An introduction to our two new recruitment superstars
First up we have Luke. Having previously worked in the construction industry, Luke wanted a change of pace in his career.
“I wanted to pivot to recruitment as I believe the feeling of providing a service to candidates looking for jobs is very rewarding.”

We really admire Luke’s positive attitude, and he has shown nothing but willingness and a knack for learning. We’re excited to see Luke hit the ground running and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Next up is Joanna, who came from the Healthcare sector. Joanna’s decision for change derives from her curiosity and desire to learn new things.
