The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Consultant (Perms) to join our team in Chippenham. This role is perfect for someone already in a Recruitment Consultant role and is looking for a work-life balance, offering school hours. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to finding and matching them with suitable job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• New business development, both by phone and face-to-face, selling our services to a wide range of local and regional clients, negotiating terms, and attending networking events.
• Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct thorough interviews to understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career aspirations.
• Match candidates to suitable job roles and manage the recruitment process through to offer stage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients and candidates.

About You:

• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about helping others and making a difference.
