The Role:

We are looking for a talented and hardworking Counterbalance Forklift Operative to join our team. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the safe loading, unloading, and receiving of products in line with defined processes and agreed KPIs. You will also ensure that the correct products are picked and packed to the highest quality and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a forklift truck
• Working under pressure to a high standard
• Unloading and loading goods as instructed
• Ensuring tasks are completed to agreed KPIs
• Maintaining high quality and health & safety standards

Working Hours:

• Standard working hours days & nights various shifts so you must be ok with both

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Relevant Counterbalance FLT license
• Demonstrable experience of operating a forklift
• Experience working within a warehouse environment
• A hardworking and keen attitude
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Keen and willing to learn the entire role and make it your own
• Ability to work autonomously while being a productive team member
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
