About Us: At 24-7 Staffing we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team.

Job Description: As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and organising office files and documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.)
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Providing support to other team members as needed
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Afternoon shift of 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
