We’re looking for a Despatch Operative to work for our client on their Saturday to Tueaday shift. 

If you can demonstrate that you are a hard-working individual with a good attention to detail, then you could be exactly what they’re looking for.

The Role:

As the Despatch Operative you’ll report to the Despatch Manager and will be primarily responsible for ensuring goods are picked and packed to the highest standards meeting our customers requirements.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

– Ensuring the correct manual handling techniques are used

– Complying with all hygiene and food safety procedures

– Picking packaging requirements to meet production demands and transporting to the production team

The Candidate:

To be considered for the Despatch Operative role you’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you are a hard-working individual with a good attention to detail and MUST be comfortable working in cold conditions 

In addition, you’ll need excellent organisational skills and good timekeeping and reliability skills.

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

– Physically fit

– Able to work Saturday to Tuesday 8am to 6pm. 

– Hardworking

This position could be right for you if you want to work as either a Warehouse Operative or as a Production Operative.

The Package:

Basic salary:  £12.50 per hour plus shift allowance
