Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and performance of our fleet. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough vehicle safety checks
• Diagnosing and repairing faults using computer software
• Servicing and maintaining brand-new vehicles
• Selecting and fitting appropriate parts for repairs
• Performing road tests to verify repairs
• Properly handling and storing vehicle parts
• Fuelling or charging vehicles as needed

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Completion of an Advanced Level Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent (BTEC, City & Guilds qualifications, or NVQ Level 3)
• Proficiency in mathematics and English
• A valid UK driving license
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with colleagues
• A proactive mindset, embracing continuous learning and adaptation
