We’re currently recruiting experienced Demolition Supervisors for a project in Central London (EC4).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily demolition activities and site operatives.
• Ensure all works comply with RAMS and H&S regulations.
• Coordinate labour, plant and equipment.
• Liaise with site management and subcontractors.
• Maintain site safety and productivity.

Requirements:

• Valid CCDO Gold Card – Demolition Supervisor (essential).
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
• Proven demolition supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of demolition procedures and site safety.
• Asbestos Awareness certification preferred.

Licence/Certification:

• Gold CCDO Card (required)
