We are looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking Membrane Operative to join our production team in Chippenham.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in Membrane, as this is essential for the role. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who can work accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

About the Role

The Membrane Department plays an important part in manufacturing membrane keypads, switches and control panels. The role involves working with printed membrane layers, adhesive materials and other components to produce accurate, high-quality finished products.

Essential Requirements

• Previous Membrane experience is essential.
• Experience working with membrane layers, adhesives and precision assembly.
• Excellent attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
• The ability to follow technical instructions and quality standards.
• A methodical approach to work and the ability to maintain accuracy.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
• No weekend working required as part of the standard working schedule.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who can bring existing Membrane knowledge and experience to the department, work independently when required and contribute positively to the production team.
