FLT Counterbalance Driver – Dairy Supplier

Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 07:00–15:30
• Friday: 07:00–14:30

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and fast‑paced dairy supply operation. You’ll play a key role in the smooth movement of stock, ensuring products are handled safely, efficiently, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and confidently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock across the warehouse and production areas
• Supporting general warehouse duties when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health & safety and food‑industry hygiene standards

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous warehouse or production experience (dairy or food environment preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
