Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: 39 hours per week + plenty of overtime Contract: Temp to Perm

We’re looking for a skilled Paint Furniture Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing team based in Devizes. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in spraying, finishing, or paint preparation who wants long‑term stability and the chance to secure a permanent role.

What you’ll be doing

• Spraying high‑quality finishes on furniture and bespoke products
• Preparing surfaces, sanding, priming, and ensuring top‑tier finish standards
• Maintaining spray equipment and keeping the spray booth clean and safe
• Working to production deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a furniture sprayer, paint sprayer, or similar finishing role
• Strong eye for detail and pride in producing high‑quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability, good timekeeping, and a positive attitude
