Food Production Operatives – Multiple Shifts Available

Location: Lacock Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour Contract Type: Temp to Perm Overtime: Available

We are recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a growing team in Lacock. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long‑term work with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Shift Patterns Available

• Monday–Friday, 06:00–14:00

• 4 on / 4 off, 06:00–18:00

• Monday–Friday, 18:00–02:00

• Monday–Friday, 14:00–22:00

Role Overview

You will be working as part of a production team preparing, packing, and processing food products. The role involves maintaining high hygiene standards, following safety procedures, and supporting smooth production flow.

• Previous food production experience is desired but not essential

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Good attention to detail

• Reliability and a positive attitude
