Farm Labourer – £13-14 per hour | Shrewton | Ad-Hoc Work Starting Late May

We’re looking for reliable and physically fit individuals to support a busy working farm in Shrewton. This is hands-on, outdoor work processing and baling hay on a production line. Ideal for those who enjoy active work in the fresh air and don’t mind getting their hands dirty!

What We Offer

• £13-14 per hour, paid weekly

• Flexible, ad-hoc shifts based on weather conditions

• A practical, team-focused environment

• Start date expected last week of May, subject to weather

Your Role

• Assisting with hay processing and baling

• Stacking and general manual labour tasks

• Working on an outdoor production line

• Maintaining a tidy and safe work area

Please Note

This role involves working with hay in a dusty environment, which may not be suitable for individuals with hayfever or respiratory conditions.

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting

• Ideally a driver, due to rural location

• Willingness to work outdoors in changing weather

• Previous farm, warehouse or labouring experience is a bonus, but not required
