Food Production Operatives – Multiple Locations (Chippenham, Corsham, Marshfield, Lacock)

Pay: £12.25 – £13.50 per hour Shifts: Mainly Monday–Friday, with additional shift patterns available Transport: Driving highly desirable due to site locations

Are you looking for reliable, ongoing work with immediate starts available? We’re a busy recruitment agency partnering with several well‑established food production companies across Chippenham, Corsham, Marshfield and Lacock, and we’re expanding our team of Food Production Operatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Working on production lines preparing, packing, or processing food products

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

• Operating machinery (training provided)

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Supporting general warehouse or production tasks as required

What we’re looking for

• Reliability and a good work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful but not essential

• Driving licence highly desirable due to rural site locations
