During his tenure at Ford, Phil played a crucial role in the aftermarket side of the business, where he took on the responsibility of managing a customer relationship management IT system known as REACT. His work involved travelling around the UK and Ireland, assisting Ford Dealers in efficiently managing their customer contact databases electronically.
Having dedicated several years to Ford, Phil found himself at a point where he sought a change that would enable him to maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle while being semi-retired. It was during this search that he discovered 24-7 Staffing, a perfect match for his needs.
