Healthcare workers are the unsung heroes of our society, dedicated to improving the lives of those in their care. Today, we’re highlighting the story of one of our outstanding carers, Veeda.
Veeda joined us as an established Healthcare Assistant after reading about us, Veeda said
“I noticed it was a well-established agency with considerable experience. I wanted to be part of the family of carers in such a reputable agency.”
And her work ethic hasn’t gone unnoticed, we’ve had some great feedback from clients about Veeda. One client commented

We asked Veeda to share her experiences working with us.
Veeda found registering with us a breeze,
“the process was simple and straightforward. Any challenges during the application process were addressed by Chloe and Shane.”
What Veeda enjoys most about her job is the ability to help clients function better and provide the kind of care that puts a smile on the face of her clients
“I enjoy every aspect of my job, especially being able to offer a helping hand to clients to enable them to function better. Above all my ability to provide the kind of care that necessitates positive reactions from service users.”
One memorable moment was when a service user approached her at a bus station, expressing gratitude and affection.
“I was approached by one of my service users. Her beaming smile, show of affection and the recognition when she came to me with her parents inspired me to even serve better. “
We always strive to go above and beyond for our staff,

Veeda’s goals include working with the NHS in the near future to showcase her skills and expertise. She also plans to further her education with additional professional courses such as an NVQ in Social Care.
“I appreciate the opportunity to work with 24-7 Staffing,” Veeda said. “The agency has given me a lot of exposure in the care sector. Finally, I would like to say that humanity needs all of us, you and I can make lives better, so let us always care for one another.”
