24-7 Staffing Ltd are looking for a Sales Executive to work for our client in Bromham who are a reputable provider of high-quality agricultural replacement parts and accessories, who pride themselves on delivering high quality replacement parts to valued clients across the UK.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining existing client relationships, driving new business growth, and providing expert advice on repairs and maintenance. Additionally you’ll be hands on with the warehouse and despatch operations.

The working hours for this position are 8:30am to 17:30pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement:
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients.
• Generate new business leads through proactive outreach.
• Provide expert advice on agricultural equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Logistics and Customer Service:
• Coordinate express delivery services for customers across the UK using designated carriers.
• Handle order picking, secure packaging, and timely invoicing.
• Manage goods inwards and despatch processes efficiently.
• Maintain meticulous stock records and conduct month-end inventories.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who embodies the following qualities:

• Reliability: Dependability is key. Our Sales Executive should be someone our clients can trust.
• Agricultural Background: Familiarity with agricultural machinery and parts is highly desirable.
• Physical Fitness: The role involves handling heavy and sometimes awkward items for packing and despatch.
• Materials Handling Experience: Prior experience in materials logistics is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: A good telephone manner and computer literacy are imperative for effective client interactions.

Remuneration

• Salary: 27-30k
• Bonus scheme

• Holidays: 28 days including bank holidays
