We’re pleased to officially introduce the newest member of our team, Ryan, who joined 24-7 Staffing recently as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Industrial and Driving within our Amesbury branch.

With a background in mortgage advice, Ryan previously worked in a fast-paced, sales environment where performance and ambition go hand in hand. After taking some time out and working in retail with Asda and Iceland, Ryan knew he was ready to step back into a sales-focused role, where the opportunities are unlimited and success is driven by effort and determination.

Although, returning to a similar environment after nearly 10 years naturally came with its challenges. Ryan felt a bit overwhelmed in his first few days, but what immediately stood out to him was the atmosphere within the business. The positivity within the office and the support from the team quickly reassured him that he’d made the right decision.

Over the past few weeks, Ryan has completed his induction training and is now beginning to fully immerse himself in the day-to-day responsibilities of his role. Speaking to colleagues about their own experiences, and how they adapted to recruitment played a big part in helping him settle in. Ryan credits the team’s willingness to listen and offer reassurance throughout those early stages, which made the transition much smoother.

We asked Ryan what advice he would give to someone starting a similar role, his response was honest and encouraging:

“Ride the wave of any anxiety and remind yourself why you’ve been chosen for the role in the first place.”

Looking ahead, he’s motivated to become a key part of maintaining the growth and success of 24-7 Staffing, particularly within his sectors across Amesbury and the surrounding areas. As he dives into building relationships with clients and candidates, he’s focused on delivering the high level of service and commitment that we’re known for.

Outside of work, Ryan keeps life in perspective with a simple but powerful mindset: “Life can be shorter than short, so it’s important to create as many quality memories as possible with the people you love the most.”

We’re delighted to have Ryan on board and look forward to seeing the impact he’ll make as he continues to grow in his role.
