We are currently seeking Mobile Home Carers & Support Workers to join our clients team in North Bristol, providing essential care and support to elderly individuals and adults with learning disabilities.

Position Details:

• Pay: £12.82 per hour (Annual Salary: £26,665.60)
• Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7)
• Working Hours: Shifts between 07:00 – 22:00
• Mileage: 25p per mile (additional mileage claim available at the end of the tax year!)
• Travel Time Paid

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Home Carer & Support Worker, you will:

• Provide compassionate care and assistance to elderly individuals and adults with learning disabilities in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, daily activities, and emotional support.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment for service users.
• Promote independence and enhance the quality of life for those in your care.
• Engage in training and development, including the opportunity to enrol in NVQ Level 3 – 5 qualifications.

Requirements:

• A valid driving licence and own vehicle for travel.
• A caring, patient, and empathetic nature.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Uniform provided
