Location: South Gloucestershire and Bristol
Salary: £12.21 to £18.31 per hour

We are seeking experienced and compassionate female Social Care Support Workers with a minimum of 3 months’ experience to join our team in South Gloucestershire and Bristol. You will play a crucial role in supporting individuals to maintain independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care and support.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Promote clients’ independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs.
• Follow care plans and contribute to their ongoing development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 months’ experience in social care is essential.
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals and making a difference.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Female applicants only, in line with the nature of the role.
• A valid driving license is advantageous.
• Applicants must already have a DBS on the update service or will need to apply for a new one.
