Your Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care and support in supported living services and Care Homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Promote independence and encourage clients to achieve their goals.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Full UK Driving License: Desirable for the role.
• Training: Care certificate training required (we can enrol you if not already completed).
• DBS: In-date cleared DBS required.
• Skills: Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable and punctual. Prior experience needed.
