Your Core Responsibilities:

• New Business Development: Utilise your network and experience to engage with local and regional clients, sell our services, negotiate terms, and attend networking events.
• Account Development: Strengthen relationships with our extensive customer base and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Creative Recruitment: Write and place job adverts using various media to attract top talent.
• Candidate Management: Handle advert responses, search for candidates, conduct interviews and skills assessments, and keep candidates updated with new opportunities.
• Proactive Marketing: Market candidates to prospective employers and ensure compliance with legislation and quality standards.

Details:

• Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm (plus out-of-hours on-call telephone on a rota basis)
• Salary: £27-30K Basic per annum, OTE 35-40K
