At 24-7 Staffing are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our client’s dynamic team in Sharpness.

This is a Temporary to Permenant postion for the right individual. 

The working hours are Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and organizing office files and documents.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, etc.).
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Providing support to other team members as needed.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • We are looking for someone who has:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
