Position: Warehouse Operative

We are currently looking for a warehouse operative to work for our client who are an established online furniture business. They have been serving customers since 2015.

This position is initially temporary, with the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative with experience in goods in/out departments with good levels of physical fitness due to heavy lifting.

Excellent communication skills and a valid driving license are essential due to the location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
• Transferring various types of furniture from containers into the warehouse
• Utilizing scanning systems to monitor incoming inventory

Qualifications:

• Experience in goods in departments (preferred)
• Physical fitness is a requirement
• Ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation:

The starting wage for this position is £11.44 per hour. Additional benefits include on site parking, the opportunity for overtime, and on-the-job training.

Work Schedule:

Sunday: 09:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:00
