Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centered care and support to clients in a supported living service.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Promote independence and encourage clients to achieve their goals.
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support strategies to manage challenging behaviours effectively.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.

Requirements:

• Driving License: Full UK driving license required.
• Training: Required care certificate training that 24-7staffing Healthcare can enrol if not already completed.

Skills:

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic.
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Prior experience needed.
