Inbound Customer Service Operative

24-7 Staffing are currently looking for inbound customer service operatives for our local client. The job role includes answering inbound calls and transferring them to the relevant team or person. You will need to be articulate; customer focused and have a good telephone manner along with general IT skills.
This is a temporary vacancy running for a minimum of 4 weeks so would suit someone looking for work in the lead up to Christmas, or someone in between jobs and looking to fill the gap.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 early shift, then Monday to Friday 11:30 to 20:00 late shift, with an occasional Saturday shift. We are looking for candidates who can offer an immediate start.
