We are currently recruiting across Wiltshire for Flexible Kerbside Collection Drivers for ongoing ad hoc work in Calne and Trowbridge.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience in operating a class C vehicle.

The Role:

You will be responsible for operating a Class 2 vehicle and assisting (when required) in the collection of waste and recycling from households, punctually and in a safe and secure manner in accordance with the company policy.

The standard working hours for this position are Monday to Thursday 06:45 to 15:15 and Friday 06:45 to 14:45.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Class 2 Waste Collection Driver role will have relevant experience of operating a class C vehicle. along with a strong understanding of current EU driver’s hours and regulations.

In addition, you’ll need a class C driving license and hold a valid tacho card and CPC card.

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

– Able to work in a safe manner

– Able to comply with local legislative requirements & customer policies and procedures

– Physically fit

– Able to carry out other duties as required

The Package:

Basic salary:  £13.99 per hour

Overtime:  £20.99 per hour, You’ll also have the opportunity to earn overtime in this role
